What is the Check-In procedure at the Cabin?
We provide self-Check-in at our cabin, using a smart lock. Check-In instructions are sent to the guests 1 day prior to arrival.
How large is your Cabin?
Even though your cabin is 1 Bedroom, it sleeps 8. Bear Run cabin is 1465 Foot Carpet Area and has 2 Floors. First floor has a large Kitchen, Living Room, King Size Bedroom, and Full Bathroom with Standing Shower and a Laundry Room. 2 nd Floor Loft has a large game room, along with Queen Bunk Bed, Full Bathroom with Standing Shower. Plenty cabin to accommodate the party of 8.
Does your Cabin have Smart Home Features?
Bear Run Cabin is equipped with Smart Lock, Thermostat, Carbon Monoxide and
Detector. Be assure, we considered safety of guests as our top priority.
What are the basic Kitchen Amenities available at the cabin?
Kitchen is fully equipped with all basic amenities to cook for yourself and your family a full course meal with the comfort of your home. It has Standard Electric Cooking Range, over the range Microwave, Coffee Maker (Coffee Filters , Coffee and Creamer are subject to availability),
Waffle Maker, Toaster, Basic Pots and Pans, Fry Pans, Wine Bottle and Can Opener, Blender, Dinner Ware, Silver Ware, plenty of Dishes, Bowls, Cups, Coffee Mugs and Glasses, Peeler, Measuring Cups, Salt & Pepper, Cooking Oil (Subject to availability), Dish Washing Liquid, Dish
Cloth and Kitchen Towel, Dishwasher, Dishwashing Liquid, Multiple USB and Sockets Adapters.
What are the Amenities in both Full Bathrooms?
2 Full Bathrooms are equipped with Standing Shower, Hand Liquid Soap and Dispenser,
Shampoo and Conditioner Dispenser, Basic Toiletries, Coat Hangers, Hair Dryer, Plenty of Towels
bath towels and Wash Clothes.
What facilities do you provide for Laundry?
We have Washer and Dryer along with Dish Washing Pods provided to the guests. In
addition for general cleaning we provide Sweep Duster, Iron, Iron Board, Broom, Dust Pan and Vacuum Machine available in Laundry Room.
What kind of BBQ Grill do you have at cabin?
We have Propane Gas Grill at Patio, Propane Gas Bottle is available, with basic Grill utensils. We do not allow Charcoal to be used on our Grill. In case if guests would use any charcoal on our Propane Grill we will be charging them with additional USD 100.00 cleaning fee as a penalty.
Do you provide Daily House Keeping and cleaning?
House Keeping and cleaning is done prior to the check in of each guest, for the guests
who would stay for longer than a week. We would be able to arrange Housekeeping and
cleaning upon request with an additional cost of USD 130.00 per visit.
Do you have Internet and Cable at Cabin?
We have High Speed Internet, Wi-Fi and cable connection via Spectrum for guests to
stay connected to entertainment, news and all gadgets while enjoying the beauty of Smoky Mountains.
Do you have Smart TV’s with all Smart Applications and Features at the Cabin?
We have 65” 4K Smart Roku TV in Living Room , 40” HDTV in King Size Bedroom with Roku Box, 55” 4K Smart Roku TV in Game Room. Main TV in Living Room is connected with the cable box, meanwhile local channels and cable can be accessed from the Spectrum TV App through Roku Remote. All other Popular Apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc. are available
on Roku TV. Guests would be able to enjoy any of these apps by signing through their own credentials.
Do you have Board Games at the Cabin?
Yes, we do have some popular Family, Adult and Kids board games at our property to enjoy.
Do you have pool table at Cabin?
Yes we do have a full size pool table at Cabin with 6 sticks.
Do you have Hot Tub at Cabin?
Yes, we do have a Hot Tub at a cabin. It is located on the patio.
How many Extra Pillows and Blankets do we have at the Cabin?
In addition to the Pillows, Comforters on King Size Bed and Queen Bunk Bed. We have 10 Extra Pillows, 6 Extra Blankets ( 3 Full Size throws in Living Room and 3 Large Tan colored blankets) one on shelf in Bathroom and 2 in master dresser drawer.
What is your Cancellation and Refund Policy?
Free Cancellation for 48 Hours, after that, cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a 50% refund, minus the service fee.
Do you have any Cameras inside the cabin?
We do not have any cameras inside Cabin.
Do you have any external cameras at the property?
Yes we do have outside camera near the entrance of the Property, for the safety and
security of our Guests and Property.
